We value your time and ours. Please read our cancellation/ refund policy carefully: • We want you to love your hair! Any concerns must be communicated within 14 days of your appointment so we can make it right. Adjustments are offered within this timeframe; refunds are not available. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will not be charged. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the total service fee. If you do not have a card on file, you can send payment via Venmo or Zelle. You’ll need to contact us directly to schedule and leave a non-refundable deposit. This deposit goes toward your service but will be forfeited if you cancel again. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the total service fee. We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.
